In her talk, Dr. Amy reassured attendees that menopause is not a disorder to be fixed but rather a profound and transformative phase of life. The discussion shed light on common myths and misconceptions, highlighting menopause as the dawn of a new, beautiful age for women—a time when women can more easily access our true nature and gain clarity on our purpose.
