I believe that the mind and body are interconnected, and that taking care of one means taking care of the other. As a massage therapist, I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and find relief from discomfort and tension. I also enjoy exploring different forms of holistic wellness, from breath-work to energy healing and meditation. When I'm not working with clients or learning about wellness practices, you'll often find me spending time outside in nature, crafting something with my hands, or enjoying a meal with friends.

MY APPROACH: I help patients develop a deeper mind-body-breath connection. By using slow and soothing techniques such as craniosacral, traeger (rocking), abdominal massage, lomilomi inspired (relaxing long flows), and Acupressure. I incorporate breath-work, hot stones, and cupping as well.

Ideal patients are those who are seeking stress relief and tension/pain relief through gentle yet deeply therapeutic bodywork.
